Below, you will  find the answers to your important questions:
Yes. Our Company will take into consideration  any limitations from our guests. Our policy is to please our
clients, having a tour on their pace, never the opposite.
In the tropics the best hours to bird is early in the morning and the last two hours of day light. In between, we
watch birds at the feeders, have lunch and some rest which also can be combined with some reading or time
at the  pool.
In the Pantanal, no rooms or restaurants have stairs - It is all flat.
Showers: The seat is not a problem at all, since I will gladly have a spare one in the car.  

The hotels, usually, have a smaller compartment where the shower is located.  But, I can double check which
ones will provide grab bars.
